Driving License B, the practical test - II

Still about the B driving license, the three phases of the practical test. We discussed the first phase on January 9, 2020, now let's look at the other two. Once the ability to "prepare for safe driving" has been demonstrated, we move on to maneuvers. Those always required during the exam are: reversing in a straight line or with a right and left turn; U-turn (with forward and reverse gear); vehicle parking; precision braking. The examiner may also ask for an emergency stop. If all goes well, the third and final phase involves driving in traffic. Starting from a parking space and in other situations, driving straight and on bends, intersections, lane changes, overtaking, special road features (roundabouts, bus stops, level crossings, etc.), observing the necessary precautions when exiting the vehicle. Overall, the exam cannot last less than 25 minutes. During the test, "examiners must pay particular attention to whether the candidate demonstrates a prudent attitude and civic sense while driving."
