Vito Popolizio's SAFE DRIVING SCHOOL, a leader in its sector with twenty years of experience, successfully concluded its first Sport Experience Driving Day at the Tazio Nuvolari Circuit in Cervesina on Saturday, June 26th. It was a day as a driver for a group of enthusiasts behind the wheel of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Porsches. The exceptional guest of the event was Formula 1 World Vice-Champion, Riccardo Patrese. The track, the roar of engines, the world's most prestigious cars, and the advice of a motorsport champion provided participants with an experience full of excitement.
“Fun and adrenaline are the real stars of the Sport Experience, but it's also important to highlight the technical content of the day and the positive impact on safety,” emphasizes Vito Popolizio, director of SAFE DRIVING SCHOOL. “Fast laps, hard braking, and extreme maneuvers performed on the circuit teach you how to handle emergency situations on the road, increase driving sensitivity, and improve driver quality.”
The Sport Experience Driving Day began with a theoretical session, very useful for learning fundamental sports driving techniques. Then everyone got behind the wheel for the practical session, which allowed them to apply all the theoretical concepts learned on the track while driving high-performance cars. Riccardo Patrese and Vito Popolizio (F.2 driver), along with a team of professional instructor drivers, guided the students through every step of the experience.
“A very, very positive day,” was Riccardo Patrese's comment at the end of the event. “The guests had fun, they learned something, and I also drove them around the circuit a bit, and we hope they felt some excitement.”
