Anti-abandonment car seats

As of yesterday, November 7, 2019, anti-abandonment child car seats are required for transporting children under 4 years of age. But according to ansa.it, "the costs of the new car devices are high and incentives have not yet started. For this reason, consumer associations and family organizations are asking for a postponement of the part of the law that provides for fines." Furthermore, Ansa also reports, "ACI reminds that the measure will affect 1.8 million children: only 250,000 child seats will be available for sale on the market between now and Christmas." The government has committed to intervening quickly to postpone the entry into force of sanctions and issue clear provisions on the disbursement of state contributions for those who will have to purchase adapters or new child seats.
