Understeer and oversteer

When a driving error on a curve causes the tires to lose grip, two abnormal and opposite behaviors can occur: understeer and oversteer. In both cases, the car deviates from the trajectory set by the driver, steering less (understeer) or more (oversteer) than necessary. Understeer occurs when the front tires lose grip upon entering a curve; if the loss of grip affects the rear tires during steering, oversteer is triggered. In most cases, the phenomenon occurs at a speed that does not represent the car's limit, but the driver's. At the same speed, in the same conditions, if the driver is able to apply the correct technique, the car does not lose grip. How do you deal with this potentially very risky situation?
