Christmas in the snow? A wonderful holiday, but driving requires utmost care! In the presence of snow or ice, driving becomes particularly difficult. Here are some tips to arrive at your destination calm, comfortable, and – most importantly – safe. It's better to travel during the central hours of the day, from 10 AM to 4 PM, when the temperature is higher. Driving must be very smooth: every movement of the steering wheel, accelerator, or brake must be deliberate, gentle, and gradual. Snow chains are essential and it's important to use them correctly: to prevent skidding, they must be mounted on the drive wheels; for all-wheel drive cars, we recommend mounting chains on the front wheels to ensure traction and steerability.
